Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellations through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation charges, if applicable, depend on the notice period provided:

• 24 hours or more before the scheduled rental start time:
  No cancellation charges will apply.

• Less than 24 hours before the rental start time:
  Cancellation charges may apply, depending on booking conditions.

• Same-day cancellation or no-show:
  No refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Company

Travel House Car & Buses Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle unavailability

• Safety or maintenance concerns

• Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• An alternative vehicle of similar category, subject to availability.

Booking Amendments

Requests for changes to booking dates, duration, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may result in additional charges or revised rental rates.
